I’m Heidi, your coach
I’ve had ADHD my whole life and am living proof that you CAN THRIVE with it. I’m a motivator. A problem-solver. A dot-connecter. A lifelong learner.
I’ve delivered the workshops, studied the research and written the support plans. But now, my purpose is clear: give everyone permission to step into their brilliance, once we uncover it together.
I draw from my own lived experiences, thirty years of teaching, fresh academic studies and real parenting moments. I bring science, soul and creativity into every conversation. But that only matters if it actually helps you live better. Let’s get curious together and reveal some magic. ✨

Why work with me?
Lived Experience
It’s not just my profession - It’s my personal journey. I understand because I’ve been there. I love the funny ADHD memes online too, but there is a deeper truth and I get it. I spent years trying to deflect the labels — too talkative, too many questions, too flakey. The truth is, I couldn’t expect others to understand my flavour of ADHD until I finally understood it myself.
Masters Qualified
In 2025 I graduated with distinction with a Master of Special and Inclusive Education. I also hold a primary teaching degree AND secondary teaching degree have over 30 years of teaching. I still work as a teacher in a secondary school. I will never give that up as I LOVE teaching.
Parent Perspective
I understand the daily challenges, and joys, that families experience living with neurodivergence, because I live them. Once we know how to work with everyone’s’ perfectly-wired brains, not against them, we find our flow.

What is ADHD coaching?
An ADHD coach works alongside you to help you reach your goals and build strategies that actually work in your real life. Here’s how it works:
Understanding your brain
Once you know you have ADHD, coaching is about making sense of what that means for you. We explore your strengths, what’s already working well, and the areas you’d like to improve.
Clarifying your goals
Through powerful questions, your coach helps you dig deep into what you truly want to achieve. Together, we set clear, realistic goals — one step at a time.
Creating strategies that stick
You’ll learn practical, repeatable steps that fit into your daily life. These strategies are designed to be simple, sustainable, and tailored to the way your brain works.
Ongoing support
Coaching doesn’t stop at the session door. A good coach checks in, follows up, and celebrates your wins — so you always feel supported and motivated.
Part of a bigger toolbox
ADHD coaching is not a substitute for medical care, therapy, or medication. Instead, it complements these supports, giving you another powerful tool in your ADHD toolbox.
is coaching for you?
Think if if like learning to drive your ADHD brain - finally understanding the controls, the fuel and the quirks, so you can get where you actually want to go.
In coaching you’ll get a life design that actually fits you including:
Clarity on what matters most to you.
Support to turn that clarity into action.
Accountability that feels kind, not crushing.
Structure that’s flexible, not rigid.
Encouragement from someone who gets ADHD.
And no, you DON’T need to have ADHD to be coached by me.
