For teenagers, I start with the whole family because I know that understanding and support at home can be game-changing. We begin together as a family unit, then, each session, I meet briefly with family before diving deep with your teen.
Together, we build executive function skills, boost confidence, and create systems that actually stick—so you can thrive with ADHD, not despite it.
